Apparate hanya bisa di gunakan setelah dapat izin resmi dari kementrian sihir dan umur minimal nya adalah 17thn. Jadi gak bisa seenak jidat apparate kemana mana.

Yang terakhir, Deliberasi. Apparition TIDAK boleh dilakukan secara terburu buru. Karena apparate kalau gagal tidak masalah, yang masalah itu kalau sudah splinching.
Splinching itu peristiwa dimana saat melakukan apparition, tubuh orang yang melakukan apparition terpisah. Iya, TERPISAH.
