VO wants to track SVL. The problem is that the primary subscriber is not the owner of the vehicle. His boss has his same last name. Vehicle was stolen about 10 days ago, it was stolen in the owner property. Address is in 104 James street, Philomath, Oregon. it was stolen around 10 am.

Turn phone Bluetooth OFF * VO has to press the SOS button, State this is not an emergency, listen for the remote activation IVR option or state "remote activation" and it should override automatically. For 21mm, If they reach an RS then they did it wrong.
