What is the purpose of BHDC?
The purpose is to bring a welcoming space for the whole community, starting with moms and dads to getting to know their neighbor
What inspired you to pursue it as your job?
Wanting to know neighbors, meet people in the community.
How are they making a difference in Berkely Height's
people with different backgrounds, and religions, everyone in the community can come and celebrate
What are the plans or objectives of BHDC?
goal to make berkeley heights the most welcoming

able to get so many people
What challenges have you faced during your time at BHDC?
Hard to get people involved, and difficult to get people to join and grow.
What successes have you faced during your time at BHDC?
being able to increase the membership, and having more partnerships with the community.

Why did you feel attributed to the success?
The diversity council made an impact, every member brought success and not a single person did the whole work
What can I do as a member of the community to help?
Keep doing the good work that the Boy scouts have been doing, and can contribute to helping the community.
How has the retirement for the BHDC been?
been established in 2014, grown and a staple in the community, trouble and reach out to the HDC for help, trusted and seen as important. gradual change and growth
