Ned Fulmer has been removed from the Try Guys Merch
thetryguysmerch are down one Guy as Ned Fulmer, who was fired over alleged misconduct in the workplace, lost his job. The other three members, Keith Habersberger, Eugene Lee Yang and Zach Kornfeld, released a statement on YouTube that explained the reason of his departure. They are taking steps to get rid of any photos of him from their channel, merchandising campaign and their Food Network show.


In their video, the guys claim that they launched an official human resources investigation following a tip on Labor Day weekend that Fulmer had been engaging in a consensual workplace relationship with an employee of the company. Since the time, they've been slowly getting rid of all photos of him from their content as the investigation made its way through the company's hierarchy of command.



The group's video series that featured things like testing on women's underwear and raising toddlers was extremely popular during his time at Buzzfeed. The group left Buzzfeed and went out on their own in 2018 and the new channel they launched has gone from strength to growing, earning over 2.2 billion views across all of its videos, and gaining a devoted following that has led to a merch line, cookbooks and a podcast as well as the Food Network TV show.


The four buddies have each have their own unique personalities, which has been a major factor in the success of the channel. However, they've not had to deal with any issues. This is partly due to the fact that they have proven themselves to be professionals and have avoided the controversies that is associated with other YouTubers whose platforms have been built upon the notion of self-promotion. However, that was until the moment it was announced that Fulmer had been axed from the channel after being accused of cheating on his wife, Ariel, with a employee at the company.


As the Guys described in their video the character played up his male persona to promote #content the real persona was one of a loving father and husband. He was a lover of his wife who appears with him in the videos and is the subject of a different series called "Try Wives," and that aspect of his personality was apparent since the first episode of the channel. Fulmer was adamant, even after his abrupt exile from the group, maintained that he had never had an affair apart from his wife. He has also reiterated his determination to be a team. Fulmer has not confirmed if he'll return to the channel, but The Try Guys are steadfast in their decision.
