Passive skill adalah skill yang berfungsi secara otomatis. Jadi tidak perlu mengaktifkan terlebih dulu untuk penggunaannya. Cukup dicantumkan skill apa saja yang ada di skill slot pada awal battle. Umumnya skill ini berguna untuk mendukung active skill.
Passive skill digolongkan menjadi beberapa jenis lagi.
1. Elemental boosts.
adalah passive skill yang menambah efek damage Elemental skills. Skills elemental Boost berfungsi untuk meningkatkan damage yg ditimbulkan dari element tersebut.
Untuk boost, peningkatan damagenya sebanyak 25%. Sedangkan kalau Amp, peningkatannya sebanyak 50% dari dmg asli.
2. Ailments Boosts.
Adalah passive skill yg menambah efek Ailments.
-Charm Boost : Meningkatkan efek Charm 2x lipat
-Poison Boost : Meningkatkan efek Poison 2x lipat
-Fear Boost : Meningkatkan efek Fear
3. Auto Recoveries
adalah passive skill yang berfungsi untuk menambah HP/SP tiap turn. Skill dimiliki semua Meister. Ada invigorate, regenerate atau biasa disebut regen.

Invigorate untuk sp
Regenerate untuk hp
Nah untuk di pengaktifannya. Kalau kalian sudah punya regen 1 misal. Lalu Aktifkan regen 2, otomatis regen 1 kalian hilang dari skill slot. Begitu juga dengan invigorate, jadi tidak bisa dipakai double.
4. Absorbs Elements
adalah skills yg merubah serangan dgn element tertentu jadi HP bagi penggunanya. Ada juga, passive skill yang hanya dimiliki Knight, yaitu weapon boosts. Weapon boosts bisa digunakan untuk weapon yang dibeli di blacksmith saja. Nama skill yang termasuk jenis ini adalah Demon Slayer.
Lalu ada beberapa passive skill seperti
-Auto-koheiyoku milik knight.
-Auto-kekkaifu milik Aria
-Guardian milik Doctor.

A - Justru sebenarnya semua skill slot yang dipakai untuk battle. Untuk menghindari kecurangan disengaja maupun tidak.
