The Try Guys merchandise is headed for the drain
The Try Guys is a YouTube comedy team with a simple concept: four friends that are prone to trying new things. The group has now more than a dozen members, major endorsement deals, and even their own Food Network program. The group began as Buzzfeed video producers and soon became a huge hit, generating millions of views for each video.


The merch that accompanies their videos has also gained momentum and the group is offering a variety of T-shirts and phone cases and Hoodies. All your favorite characters are available in the form of the "I (heart ) The Try Guys" coffee cup.


There's been plenty of drama lately with the pranksters, with their former member accused of cheating on his wife. This has come as shocking to fans considering that Ned Fulmer is the main Wife Guy for the group and often promotes his wife's appearances within their material and talking about how much he cherishes her.


In September, Keith Habersberger and Zach Kornfeld in September, Zach Kornfeld and Keith Habersberger resigned Fulmer as an employee of The Try Guys, and from their company 2nd Try LLC. In an interview, they explained their decision, and also noted that an investigation was initiated after they received a tip over Labor Day Weekend that Fulmer was having a relationship with a colleague. The remaining members have said they're editing upcoming content to remove Fulmer and are thinking about purchasing Fulmer out of the business.



Fans were aware of Alex Herring's newly created Instagram account shortly after. She starred with Keith and YB in the most recent installment of "Food Babies" a show they developed. Her Linkedin profile indicates that she is an associate producer for The Try Guys and has photos of her with Keith and YB on her social media profiles. She and Ned no longer follow each other on Instagram and her profile has been turned private. The Try Guys Hoodies 's not known what type of relationship they shared.


Fans quickly found parallels between the accusations of a shady affair and the scandals of Adam Levine and John Mulaney who both have had their faithfulness to their spouses challenged. Many people pointed out that the allegations seemed to be in opposition to the total character of the group and was not in accordance with the beliefs they hold regarding family and marriage.


Saturday Night Live made a parody of this situation in an improvised skit. The skit was republished afterward by the other performers. In the clip, the three others of the group -- Zach Cornfield, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang -- explain why they took the decision to end their relationship with Ned for moral reasons. They're moving forward, but they may also add a new member, or keep the trio. They also say they're creating a documentary. They also announce that a new hoodie, shirt and T-shirt style will be coming soon, along with a special version of a T-shirt for charity.
