GRiZ, real name Zach Kwiecinski, has been at the forefront of the electronic music scene for more than a decade, and is an essential part of the festival scene across the globe. He has released six studio albums, a handful of mixtapes as well as EPs and has more than 1.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Despite his accomplishments He continues to give back and has made huge waves in Detroit with his annual"GRiZMAS" charity event.





The GRiZMAS event runs between November 29 and 10, and will feature a range of events, including Dodgeball and Come Play Detroit, community yoga and Painting with Smile. These events benefit Seven Mile Music, an organisation that focuses on the arts and music education of Detroit's urban youth.





The workshop that is located at 1265 Griswold St. is the main hub of activity for GRiZMAS. It will be open throughout the day and provide a place to meet. griz merch will house the holiday crafting station, where fans can customize merchandise, a continuous coat and toy donation drive for St. Vincent de Paul as well as a donation-based gift wrap station and more. All proceeds from merch sales and ticket sales, as well as donations will be donated directly to the charity.
