Пришлось запрашивать информацию о состоянии лицензии ( https://portal.1c.ru/support/license/pin-code-state ) , запрашивать резервные пин-коды и активировать 1с повторно.
Настроил принтер этикеток на новом ПК (который под 1С) через USB. По LAN не заработал. Расшарил принтер, поробовал добавить его на компе кладовщика, но он там не заработал. Уведомил клиента.
У клиента есть неиспользованные ключ для 1с. Ему нужно активировать этот ключ на старом ноуте с 1С. Свяжется с нами позднее.
