It's worth noting that the blog states that "any reports made during the testing phase may not be acted upon," but the ability to kick out toxic players is a fundamental part of any online game and this is an important option.
Chat reporting is accessible in the social interactions screen. You will need to report chat messages individually and select the appropriate category. This will help prevent abuse of the system. You cannot create a generic report about an individual user. You have to specify what they did. The blog says that your report will be reviewed by a moderator team. It's unclear what constitutes a legitimate and effective report however it's important to know all about it anyway.
Another major change is that you are now able to duplicate the amazing Minecraft allay. This is done by providing them with an amethyst-shard. However, duplication has an 2.5-minute cooling time. This should ease worries regarding how many allay mobs there are. Plus, more of a cute thing can only be good news, right?
We are hugely enthused about the Mario Kart mod for Minecraft. It incorporates the karts we've all played and love, and adds some awesome aquatic features as well.
