The story was lacking depth despite some great effects and costumes. The movie was not very well made. It seemed to be nothing but a steampunk fantasia that is good. Zooey was a great choice however it wasn't her performance that saved the movie. The rest of the cast was not too great either, particularly Raoul Trujillo as the Cowardly Lion.
