Device payment plan

You are ordering an Xfinity Mobile line with a purchase of a David's Midnight 128GB Apple iPhone 13 mini.

The pricing for your device is subject to the terms of your 24-month term agreement: $26.24 per month for 24 months. Sales tax for the device will be charged upfront, along with your first monthly payment when your device is shipped.

You will receive a $16.66 credit on your monthly device payments so long as you transfer your number from another carrier within 30 days of your device’s shipment date, keep your line active, and keep your account in good standing. Credits do not apply to early payment of the balance on the device payment plan.


Each line has a one-time $10 line set up fee that will appear on your first bill.

Unlimited data

You are selecting the Unlimited data option for 1 line at $45 total per month.

You are selecting the Unlimited Intro data option for 1 line. The Unlimited Intro data option has no monthly data usage limits. However, after 20 GB of monthly data usage, speeds are reduced. Please note that at this time, C-Band spectrum and Ultra Wideband data does not contribute towards this 20 GB data usage threshold. In times of network congestion, your service may be temporarily slower.

Order summary

The estimated upfront taxes, fees and other charges for this order are $37.80. The estimated order total is $47.38.

Disclosures

Lastly, I'll run through some important details about the terms and conditions of your order.

New customer – Automatic Payment

Your account will be set for automatic recurring monthly card payments for your Xfinity Mobile charges.

If we are unable to charge your card, we will suspend your Xfinity Mobile service and require that you immediately pay the entire outstanding balance of your Xfinity Mobile services in full before restoring your services.

The account commencement date, which establishes the bill cycle date for your account, is the earlier of the date of the first Device activated on your account, or 7 days after the first order is shipped on your account.

Because XFINITY Mobile only provides electronic billing and communications we need you to provide your verbal consent that you agree to be billed and communicated with electronically. Do you agree to the use of electronic records and signatures in accordance with the ESIGN Act and Disclosure Agreement?

Device return and cancellation policy

You have 14 days from the date your Device is shipped to return your Device for a refund. If you request for the service to be cancelled within that period, you will not incur any monthly charges for those lines. In order to receive a refund for the Device it must be returned to us in like-new condition. Like-new condition means that the Device has no physical or liquid damage, is unlocked and is returned with the manufacturer's original packaging and all original components that were provided with the device, including the battery, charger, documentation, SIM card (if applicable), and a copy of the invoice or receipt. There is a $35 restocking fee for each Device you return.

Device payment plan cancellation policy

If you cancel your Xfinity Mobile service after the first 14 days and maintain at least one of Xfinity TV, Internet or Voice, you will still be responsible for the remainder of the 24 payments, but you can continue to pay in monthly installments. If you cancel your Xfinity Mobile service for all the lines of service on your account after the first 14 days and no longer maintain at least one of the following services: Xfinity TV, Internet or Voice, we will require you to immediately pay the entire remaining balance in full.

Cancellation of other Xfinity services

While you are an Xfinity Internet, TV, or Voice customer, your Xfinity Mobile line charges are included. If you fail to subscribe to at least one of these services, you will be charged $25 per line each month. Any applicable termination fee associated with other Xfinity services will apply if you cancel such other services and retain the Xfinity Mobile service.

By approving this order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, are the holder or Manager of this Xfinity Mobile account, and agree to be billed for the equipment and services that I just described.
