Crytek and DeNA are Partners in F2P Mobile Game Called Collectables

Crytek is a company known for graphically stunning first-person shooters, has joined forces with DeNA to join the free-to play mobile game space with The Collectables.



With a modified version the Crytek engine, The Collectables is what you'd hope for from a Crytek game: "intense combat, extreme gunfights, 3D battlegrounds and classic action heroes that will bring players an unparalleled mobile gaming experience." The game's pre-orders will unlock an in-game character with limited-time gear.



There's currently no word regarding when The Collectables should debut, however Crytek and DeNA are hoping to bring it released in 2014.



Crytek and DeNA to Bring Blockbuster Action to Mobile Gamers with The Collectables



San Francisco (USA), Frankfurt am Main (Germany) 11 December 2013, Crytek has joined forces with DeNA, the world's largest mobile games company to develop The Collectables, its first free-to-play mobile game.



The Collectables is available on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices through the mobile gaming platform of DeNA Mobage. It features stunning visuals that are inspired by Crytek's CRYENGINE technology. The game combines strategy and action and lets players lead a group of unconventional soldiers on missions around the world.
