As the weather warms up, country music tours will be bombarding Northeast Ohio non-stop for a few months. Cody Johnson kicked things off on Saturday night (March 4) at Covelli Centre in Youngstown with a sold-out show.

Cody Johnson's show was a raucous, energetic affair that energized the crowd. The singer has an incredible command of his instrument and is not afraid to take risks. He sang a lot of his biggest hits, but also branched out and tried new songs.

When he sang the song, "Feels Like Home," it brought tears to the eyes of many in the audience. The song was about his grandmother who passed away last year. The audience sang and cried along with him.

Cody Johnson has been nominated for a few awards this year. He has been nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year, and New Artist of the Year. His latest album, Human has been a huge success. It has reached #1 on the Country Albums chart and #2 on the all-genre digital sales charts. It has also been the third highest pre-added album in country music on Apple Music.

The album also features a collaboration with Brooks and Dunn, titled, "Red Dirt Road." It is an amazing song that has garnered over 394 million streams on Spotify.

It is clear that Cody Johnson has a long career ahead of him. He has a unique sound that will continue to grow in popularity. His songs are very catchy and he is an excellent entertainer.
