Name change.
 Not every airlines allow to change the name within 24 hours at our end.
 We have to suggest cx to reach the airport prior.
 Flight can not be changed, class of service can not be changed.
 In SFPD date of birth and gender can not be changed.

MINOR NAME CORRECTION:

click on the line number>click on the second>rtg>SRDOCSYYHK1-----[Date of birth]-[Gender]--[Last name]-[First name]/P[Passenger element number]>rtg>delete the incorrect line number with XE commands>Process the even Exchange>(never use FXI)>UPDATE ENDORSEMENT>RTF and check for FE line(not delete FE line we will update it)>(line number)(waiver code)(copy entire FE line paste it)>UPDATE OSI>OS (AL CODE)(FREE FLOW)
CREATING THE FARE PART(or TST):
Use the graphical mode>COPY THE PREVIOUS TST>use command TTC>KEEP FILLING WHAT IS MISSING>MAIN PAGE>CHANGE SETTINGS>GO TO MAIN CHANGE>TTC>FILL ALL THE OPTIONS(fare base code, baggage)> issuing status should be selected as REISSUE>fare information(base fare, bankers rate-copy the value from TST, equivalent rates, etc, TAXES(click on this button and click on update)-update all taxes(AY,US,ZP,XF,YQ,YR)>SAVE THEM>click on modify TST on left up>add total amount>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION(tour code, commission code, fare calculation(copy from TST), payment restrctions(not to do, leave it as it is),Endorsement box(fill details)> click on update(TST HAS BEEN CREATED) CHANGE THE SETTINGS AGAIN TO CRYPTICY> do RTF and side by side do TQT to check(till here we have added all the details)
NOW RUN EXR AND QUEUE IT TO NAME CORRECTION TEAM

MAJOR NAME CORTRECTION:
• Create the pnr
• Add sfpd with name correct
• Create pnr in booking pcc and then ticketing pcc

What if the same flight is not available?
Book lowest in same cabin for class of service
If not available then book it any then in that case call AA sales support and they will do the conversion of COS.
Name correction waiver is sperate and we can request for waiver code from them
When everything is same then we are not going to call airline, if not available then only we can call them.

INFANT:

Infant on LAP no need to create the new PNR.
Infant on seat then we need to create a new PNR
