Playing The Omaha Poker
The pre-flop round of gambling begins. This is the time before the flop, or before the first three community card are turned over. The player to the left puts up the little blind and the player to their left posts the bigblind. The big blind is twice that of the small blind. Note that if you're playing limit hold'em, the big blind is equal to the small limit and the small blind is half of that figure. So, if the limit is $10/20 the big blind would be $10 and small blind $5.

After the third round of betting, the dealer places a final face-up card on top of the table. This is the river card. There is a final betting round, which is the same as the third betting round.

Omaha poker can be played with up to ten people. Each player gets four cards face-down. After four rounds of betting card poker, five community cards are placed face-up on the table. These cards are shared by all players. To create the best possible poker hands, the player may combine any two cards (or all four) from their hand with the cards from the community to make the best hand.

FOLD ? All interest in the current poker game is lost when a player folds. The player who folds in poker is not allowed to bet any more money for the current game.
