黄帝问道：人们的居住环境、活动、安静、勇敢、怯懦有所不同，其经脉血气也随着变化吗？岐伯回答说：人在惊恐、忿怒、劳累、活动或安静的情况下，静脉血气都要受到影响而发生变化
所以夜间远行劳累，就会扰动肾气，使肾气不能闭藏而外泄，则气喘出于肾脏，其偏胜之气，就会侵犯肺脏。若因坠堕而受到恐吓，就会扰动肝气，而喘出于肝，其偏胜之气就会侵犯脾脏。或有所惊恐，惊则神越气乱，扰动肺气，喘出于肺，其偏胜之气就会侵犯心脏。 출장안마 ，跌仆伤骨，肾主骨，水湿之气通于肾，致肾气和骨气受到扰动，气喘于肾和骨。在这种情况下，身体强盛的人，气血畅行，不会出现什麽病变；怯弱的人，气血留滞，就会发生病变。所以说：诊察疾病，观察病人的勇怯及骨骼、肌肉、皮肤的变化，便能了解病情，并以此作为诊病的方法。在饮食过饱的时候，则食气蒸发而汗出于胃。惊则神气浮越，则心气受伤而汗出于心。负重而远行的时候，则骨劳气越，肾气受伤而汗出于肾。疾走而恐惧的时候，由于疾走伤筋，恐惧伤魂，则肝气受伤而汗出于肝。劳力过度的时候，由于脾主肌肉四肢，则脾气受伤而汗出于脾。春、夏、秋、冬四季阴阳的变化都有其常度，人在这些变化中所发生疾病，就是因为对身体的劳用过度所致，这是通常的道理。
五谷入胃， 출장 。五谷入胃，其所化生的精微之气，注入于心，再由心将此精气滋养于血脉。血气流行在经脉之中，到达于肺，肺又将血气输送到全身百脉中去，最后把精气输送到皮毛。 출장 ，又还流归入于脉，脉中精微之气，通过不断变化，周流于四脏。这些正常的生理活动，都要取决于气血阴阳的平衡。气血阴阳平衡，则表现在气口的脉搏变化上，气口的脉搏，可以判断疾病的死生。 출장샵 ，游溢布散其精气，上行输送与脾，经脾对精微的布散转输，上归于肺，肺主清肃而司治节，肺气运行，通调水道，下输于膀胱。如此则水精四布，外而布散于皮毛，内而灌输于五脏之经脉，并能合于四时寒暑的变易和五脏阴阳的变化。作出适当的调节，这就是经脉的正常生理现象。
