支气管哮喘急性发作者，针刺孔最穴有平喘的作用。田从 豁教授和藏俊歧于1982年分别在《云南中医杂志》第4期和 C河南中医》第5期报道过针刺和电针孔最穴冶疗支气管哮喘 的疗效，即刻平喘的有效率分别为84%和100%。
