一日t午，我赶到诊所时， 见诊所里的青年药n仰卧于诊疗床上，呻吟不已，诊所内聘请 的位老中医已为之针中脘，内关、天枢、足二里、公孙等 穴。细询之，乃因昨晚饮酒暴食，凌晨突发剧烈上腹部疼痛， 伴恶心呕吐，即去对面省某行业医院急诊.杳血、尿淀粉酶皆 髙于正常值，又行B超检查f诊为急性胰腺炎，拟收人院治 疗。出于经济原因，他又回到了诊所。留针近1小时，仍呈持 续性腹痛，阵发性加重，其时我所在医院的另一位高年资医师 赶到，再为换穴重新针刺，留针30分钟起针后.疼痛亦然„ 两位同行前辈谦虚地让我再试试，我想起张善忱老师指压胆俞 立止胆绞痛的案例和自己按压至阳灵台可立止胃痛的经验，乃 让病人俯卧，先按至阳灵台约5分钟，疼痛未减；再在胰俞附 近找压痛点，压痛点不甚明显.按压胰俞数分钟，仍然无效， 只好作罢，并建议其输液治疗。过了一会，我突然想起曾经看 过的一本小书，是盖国才写的《穴位压痛辨病诊断法》，说如 果把压痛分为4级的话，在地机穴2级压痛提示乏力，3级压 痛提示糖尿病，4级压痛即痛不可忍者见于急性胰腺炎。中医
