Potion adalah sesuatu yang dibuat dengan bahan-bahan khusus (biasanya herbal) dan berisi sebuah magis yang akan memberi efek tertentu, baik efek positif maupun negatif.
Potion berasal dari bahasa inggris.
Asal muasal kata Potion itu Potio yang berasal dari bahasa latin, bukan yunani yang berarti cairan.
Berikut adalah salah satu contoh ramuan yang akan kita pelajari :
Pepperup Potion : Menyembuhkan kedinginan.
Digunakan untuk meredakan gejala-gejala flu/batuk. Juga bisa untuk menaikkan suhu badan saat sedang musim dingin. Efek samping ramuan ini adalah keluarnya uap dari telinga hingga 1-3 jam. Ini adalah ramuan yang sangat sederhana dalam pelajaran ramuan maupun untuk kehidupan sehari-hari
A. Bahan-bahan:
2 gr Bubuk jahe
2gr Bubuk Belladonna
¾ gr Bubuk taring ular
200 cc air hangat
B. Cara pembuatan:
1. Sediakan gelas berukuran sedang untuk menuang air hangat.
2. Masukkan jahe terlebih dahulu, lalu aduk 12x arah jarum jam.
3. Masukkan bubuk taring ular secara perlahan-lahan, aduk 10x arah jarum jam.
4. Masukkan bubuk Belladonna, aduk 3x berlawanan dengan arah jarum jam.
5. Siap untuk disajikan
C. Rambu-rambu pembuatan:
1. Masukkan bahan-bahan secara berurutan.
2. Perhatikan hitungan agar efek ramuan menjadi sempurna.
3. Minumlah selagi hangat.
