由外力导致的踝关节韧带损伤，损伤后局部出血，组织液渗出，刺激末梢神经，引起疼痛和活动功能障碍。（多损伤外踝）
1、临床表现及诊断：
外伤， 서귀포출장마사지 ，以局部肿胀疼痛为表现，需排除骨折、脱臼可能。
서귀포출장마사지 、治疗：
（1）目的：舒筋通络，活血散瘀，消肿止痛。
（2）部位及取穴：踝关节周围，丘墟、绝骨、阳陵泉等
（3）操作：
1、拇指轻柔点拨踝关节周围（放松局部组织，缓解疼痛）
2、单手小鱼际滚法从膝到踝
3、单手拿揉踝关节
4、拔伸法，或者踝关节摇法
5、点穴阳陵泉、昆仑、足三里、解溪、承山等穴（以酸胀为度）
6、单掌踝关节擦法（以药油为介质，擦热透为度）
7、功能性运动，踝关节摇法或拔伸法（动作缓慢，轻揉）
注意：急性期宜冰敷， 서귀포출장안마 。
（4）其它治疗：
针刺以上穴位加阳池、养老、痛点行平补平泄法。
