方法：
开天门 ：术者站于患者正面， 서귀포출장안마 、连推20――30次两手其余四指分别固定两侧头部。
分阴阳：以双手拇指指腹分推两侧眉弓5――10次。
点睛明：以双手拇指指腹点压睛明穴30秒至1分钟
擦鼻叶点迎香：
仍然以两手大拇指指腹至上而下擦两侧鼻叶至迎香穴5－10分钟后。轻点两侧迎香穴30秒至1分钟即可。
分推眉弓点太阳：
方法同上。分推眉弓由印堂――太阳5－10次后，以中等力量点太阳穴30秒至1分钟。
