会迎刃而解了。元气又称原气，即是脐下肾间动气，是人体生 命活动的原动力，是非常重要的， 서귀포출장안마 方。对于这一点《难经》论述得非常清楚。 서귀포출장마사지 《难经•八难》 说：
“诸十二经脉者，皆系于生气之原。所诮生气之凍者， 谓十二经脉之根本也，谓肾柯动气也5此五脏六腑之本， 十二经脉之根，呼吸之n,三焦之原，一名守邪之神，故 气者，人之根本也，根绝則茎叶枯矣。”
难经■六十六难》说得更明白：
“ 서귀포출장마사지 ，十二经之根本也， 故名印原。三焦者，康气之别使也，主通行三气，经历于 五脏六腑。原者，三焦之尊号也，故所止辄为原。五脏六 腑有病者，皆取其庳也z
上文中的“主通行三气”就是通行三焦之气，三焦是通行 原气的道路，分为上1中、下三焦，膈以上为上焦，主要有 心、肺两脏；膈以下脐以上为中焦，主要脏腑有脾胃肝胆；脐 以下为下焦.主要脏腑有肾、膀胱、大肠、小肠。由此可见， 膈和脐就是人体中起转折关联作用的两个重要的部位，自然也 可以称“关”。膈是上焦和中焦的关口和枢纽，脐是中焦和下 焦的关u和枢纽。再进一步讲，脐是三焦将原气由下焦转输至 中焦的“关”，膈是三焦将原气由中焦转输至上焦的“关”；脖 映为原气从下焦向中焦转输时经过和留止之处，鸠尾是原气从 中焦向上焦转输时经过和留止的地方，太渊等10个原穴则是 原气转输于五脏经脉经过和留止的地方。此外，第七胸椎棘突 下旁开3寸的穴位就叫“膈关”，也是隔、脐也可以称“关” 的明证f
