月经来潮，血热随经血下泄，故其痛自止*此 与《伤寒论》热人血室之‘血自卜' 卜者愈’娃个道辉〃 《灵枢* II气第五十二》曰：1能知六经棕本者，可以无惑于天 서귀포출장안마 -个穴位.又是足阳明经的标 穴之所在，听以其疼痛是以头维穴为中心，一开始误认为偏头 痛是不对的。足阳明胃经是多气多血之经，此疼痛病在血不在 气，用针之法，当辨在气与在血，气血不同.治法亦异，故 《灵枢•寿夭刚柔第六》□: ‘有刺营者，有刺卫者……刺营者 出血，刺卫者出气■>’前者在头维针刺，刺卫调气也，然此病 并不在气，是以无效；后者三棱针刺血，刺营调血也，血热既 ,疼痛自止。”
头维穴（ST8)是足阳明留经的第8个穴位，在额角发际 直匕0.5寸，见图U
(2)肓俞
用此穴治泞用脑过度所致肾 虚冲气上逆引起的头痛，喜欢重 按者。此种头痛.时作时已，每 遇川脑过度或房事过频后发生或 加重，头部昏痛或胀痛.或呈搏 动性疼痛，骞欢用手指等重力按 压，按之稍缓者，病属肾虚，但 疼痛较其且伴有动脉搏动者，多 厲肾虚冲气上逆，可用大指指腹 以指代计用力按压肓俞穴《 口1使
疼痛缓解。但本病治本之法，尚需休息大脑，节制房事，再以 补肾中药调治^

至干取效之理，育 俞（KI 16),在肚脐旁 开0. 5寸，属肾经穴， 又为冲脉所过之处，且 肚脐深处又为人体元气 所聚之所（详见拙著 4中医脐疗大全》），按 之可补肾降冲，故疼痛 有暂缓之效。 서귀포출장안마 见图2。
此外，太阳疼痛可 针束骨，阳明头痛可针 中脘，少阳头痛町针侠 溪，厥阴头痛可针太 冲，因一般针灸医师皆 知，+再详述，
附记用柴胡桂枝汤 治愈顽固性头痛1例，以为经络辨证之佐证并供同道参考。
