This is my 2nd week’s 1st audio journal .Today I want to talk about Air pollution . On Monday I saw
an article on pollution. This article was reported by The daily star newspaper.

They mentioned in the article that the air quality of Bangladesh remained the worst in the world .They also mentioned that air pollution is the second largest cause of deaths and disability in Bangladesh and costed about 3.9 to 4.4 percent of the country's GDP.Air pollution is killing us very slowly but surely.It is increasing day by day.we all know that Vehicle emissions, fuel oils and natural gas, by-products of manufacturing and power generation, particularly coal-fueled power plants, and fumes from chemical production are the primary sources of human-made air pollution. i think plenting more trees will help reducing carbondie oxcide in the air .Government must take action locally and with regional partners to improve air quality .Air pollution has reached a level that can no longer be ignored. The government, therefore, must take stern action to ensure people's health and well-being. With a strong political will, right policies, and timely and sustained interventions, it is possible to tackle air pollution, as cities even in our neighbouring countries have been able to do. The government should also work with its regional partners to check transboundary air pollution – which has been found to be one of the major irritants in our cities. Recently, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan drew up the Kathmandu Roadmap for improving air quality. We only hope that any effort, local or regional, will be followed by proper execution and coordination to bring us the result we desperately need.


So we have try our level best to eliminate this problem
