Some places have individual servings of Kamaage Udon in small wooden bowls while others serve family sized portions of Kamaage Udon in large shared wooden noodle tubs. Kake Udon is a basic udon dish, served in a hot broth that covers the noodles.
Miso Ramen are among the most popular regional ramen varieties and have become a mainstay at ramen-ya all over the country. Ramen are also often featured on the menus of other restaurants that serve a wider range of dishes such as common eateries found at tourist sites, izakaya, family restaurants and food stalls. Hot ramen dishes can also be purchased around the clock at convenience stores and at some vending machines.
They are thicker than soba noodles, white and chewier. Udon is widely available at restaurants across Japan and prepared in various hot and cold dishes. Ippudo is a Japanese chain restaurant that has branches all over the world. But of course, the most authentic and traditional ramen is going to be at the Japanese braches.

The Imagawa were defeated at the Battle of Okehazama, and Sunpu was subsequently ruled by Takeda Shingen, followed by Tokugawa Ieyasu. However, Toyotomi Hideyoshi relocated Ieyasu, and installed Nakamura Kazutada to rule Sunpu. After the Toyotomi were defeated in the Battle of Sekigahara, Ieyasu recovered Sunpu, reassigning it to his own retainer, Naitō Nobunari in 1601. The area that is now the city of Shizuoka has been inhabited since prehistoric times.
This one portrays him as an adult during the height of his power. If you visit Sunpu Castle, you will learn Tokugawa Ieyasu extensively expanded the local fortress. On a grander scale, he also constructed the Edo Castle during his retirement (1605 – 1616). Japan’s largest castle is now the Imperial Palace in Tokyo. The rare char siu that melts in your mouth is also one of the attractions. After a long day spent exploring Atami, relax in the public or private onsens, some with ocean views while you soak. They make the tokoronten by boiling agar-agar and water, then cutting it into noodle-like strips or cubes. They typically served them cold and enjoyed them as a refreshing treat, particularly during the summer months. Although Izu is not a big green tea producer there are a few smaller producers that offer visitors Shizuoka green tea experiences. Nakiryu Ramen (創作麺工房 鳴龍) is a Michelin-starred ramen restaurant in Tokyo's Otsuka district.
