Robbers’ comedic blunder in Vietnam turns empty shop heist into a farce
In one thing that resembled a Laurel and Hardy slapstick sketch, two robbers in Vietnam made a pig’s ear of stealing from an empty shop when the proprietor returned to the store. Instantly of the robbers fled the scene leaving his associate in crime waiting on the getaway motorbike. Professional jumped on the getaway motorbike with robber number one and requested him to pursue his pal.
CCTV footage captured the incident that took place around 9am on Monday, May 15, and understandably went viral in the online group.
Two younger robbers had been seen calmly circling the cafe on a motorcycle.
Upon noticing no one was inside the store, one of the wannabe robbers rapidly jumped off the bike and entered the store to commit the robbery. He decided to steal a large metal ladder whereas his associate remained on the motorcycle, waiting outdoors.
However, when the robber was getting ready to go away the shop with the ladder, the owner returned unexpectedly, triggering a frantic pursuit. Because the ladder was oversized, the robber abandoned it to flee from the scene but, seemingly disoriented, forgot to hop onto the motorcycle waiting for him.
Coincidentally, the store owner, who simply dashed out of the cafe in pursuit of the robber, discovered somebody on a motorcycle by the facet of the highway and requested for help to catch the robber. The motorbike rider at first appeared shocked but, realising the owner didn't know he was the confederate, played alongside and started the engine to help the store owner chase his companion in crime..
