Flights that passengers want for returning –

With the above options, the last flight, VS 041 is the flight the passenger wants. Here passenger called us to redeem credits for his return journey. Here what actually happened is a passenger had a flight on 11 July 2023 where both the passengers reached the airport on time but they didn’t allow the passenger DEBORAH to board the flight because she forgot her green card. In this case, you guys issued credits or vouchers to both passengers for future use. Now passenger is calling us to redeem credits for both passenger but as per history flight were HX by the airline and we are not sure if the passenger was marked as a show or the airline canceled the flight for credits.
To confirm the status of the future travel credits we tried to connect with you several times via email or through call as well but we never received any response back. The passenger has been trying to redeem the credit for a very long and we are also unable to help him without your approval.
So here I am writing this email for confirmation that the credits are valid or not if yes it is valid then
Kindly help us with the process, we’ll be requesting a waiver code to reissue the ticket if it is required to exchange. Additionally, kindly advise where to add the waiver code – endorsement box, tour code, or if OSI is also required.
