黄帝道：怎样才称反呢？岐伯说：其脉来如弹石一般坚硬，这叫做太过，主病在外；如脉去虚数，这叫做不及，主病在里。黄帝道：冬脉太过与不及，发生的病变怎样？岐伯说：太过会使人精神不振，身体懈怠，脊骨疼痛，气短，懒于说话；不及则使人心如悬，如同腹中饥饿之状，季胁下空软部位清冷，脊骨作痛，少腹胀满，小便变常。黄帝道：讲得对！
