先按压看看有无疔效再扎针，这也足《灵枢》的方法.叫—按 已刺”，即按压穴位症状减轻了后再针刺，按压有效.针刺自 然效果就更好了。我的体会是.压痛点多在对侧阳陵泉下0.5 寸再稍后处.具体位置可能会因人而异，这就窬要“揣穴' 针刺时让病人咳嗽几声，也不是我的发明，这叫随咳进针，记 载于窦杰的《针经指南》，有两个作用，一是转移病人注意力， 缓解病人对针刺的恐惧，减轻进针时的疼痛，避免晕针；二是 咳嗽可以宣散气血，提卨疗效。 출장안마 ， 更是取效的关键，这也正是《灵枢■周痹第二十七》所说**故 刺痹者……其徳坚.转引而行之"的具体应用。
找准穴位，随咳进针，用对手 法. 출장 所在，本书所用的一针疗法，一般都 是采取这些方法。
我现在治疔肩周炎，只要病人有 明显的疼痛点，我就按经络辨证分别 用其他穴位，疗效会更好；如果疼痛 点不明确，又有活动障碍*就多用阳 陵泉。
