一针矜法.一
患所引起》—般可分为火牙痛和虫牙痛两大类，火牙痛又分为 风火牙痛、胃火牙痛、虚火牙痛三种，虫牙痛即龋齿牙痛，中 医学认为，“齿为骨之余，組为胃之络”，所以牙龈痛肿多属宵 火应淸胃，牙齿松动而痛多属虚火应滋肾。
从经络学角度看，手阳明大肠经人下齿中，足阳明胃经人 il齿中，所以下牙痛多取大肠经穴位，上牙痛多取胃经穴位。

治疗风火牙痛。 출장 ， 遇冷痛减，受热加重，或伴有恶寒、发热等症状，多见于急性 牙餹炎与根尖周炎初期。
用翳风治风火牙痛是笔者从著名针灸专家彭睁山教授《针 灸秘验》一书中看到的，用于临床，果然常有针人痛止之效。 究其理，翳风属三焦经穴，针之可泻三焦之火，又是祛风要 穴.针治牙痛可直达病所，所 以对风火牙痛有良效。
출장샵 （SJ 17)是三焦经 的第17个穴位，在耳朵的后 下方1耳垂后方的凹陷中，见 图7。

补泻法，胃经实证当取厉兑，因厉兑穴浅不好用手法，所以根 据“泻并当泻荥”的原则，可改用内庭8针时用泻法^此穴对 多数胃火牙痛有效，若胃火较甚，可加刺下关、颊车等穴，如 加服清胄散等清热泻火解毐中药，标本兼治，效果更好。同时 应嘱禁食辛辣、牛羊肉等性温助火之品，
