大，尤其是女性至35岁以后，即应经常针灸足三里，可以延 年驻颜。

人的衰老与肾气有关，涌泉（图29)是肾经的井穴，位 于足心，逛肾经脉气所发之处，是调补袢气的要穴，所以历来 也是养生保健的要穴，有称之为“F丹田”者。
因为涌泉穴针刺时疼痛较其，所以用于养生保健时，多以 指代针，按揉涌泉穴，或者将用手掌在涌泉穴处快速来回搓 擦，至涌泉穴处热如火燎为度。一般多在人睡前搓擦，不仅补 肾，且能间精.

气海（RN6)在脐*F].5寸，见图48，是原气之海，在 讲“四关主治五脏”时，我们曾经提到，原气即脐下肾间动 气，是“五脏六腑之本，十二经脉之根”，而气海即肓之原， 是原气汇聚之处，所以针气海养生保健是通过调整原气而实现 的。对于原气不足者，尤为适宜。

《会元针灸学》对气海穴论述颇详，有助于对其养生保健 作用的理解，录于下：“气海者，化冲气之海，由气海贯两旁 通气穴，交于0气，上至胸膈，人肺管而出于喉间，为气街, 散子胸中，与卫气相交而行于经，且导胃气入胞中，络阴血， 至胞相交于肾。其上之阴交，下之丹田、关元，由气海而分天 地，水火由是相交，导气以上，导血以下，故名气海。”
