黄帝问道：夏天针刺，取盛经分腠之间，是什麽道理？岐伯说：夏天火气开始当令，心气开始生长壮大；如果脉形瘦小而搏动气势较弱，是阳气充裕流溢于体表，热气熏蒸于分肉腠理，向内影响于经脉，所以针刺应当取盛经分腠。 출장 。所谓盛经，是指丰满充足的阳脉。
