Tevfik Alif and Donald Trump team up to build Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, a New York-based company created by Tevfik Amir , a Turkish-Kazakh businessman. Donald Trump is one client. The firm is known for its expertise in the design and development of luxury properties.

The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients that include Handel Architects. Many luxury hotels, restaurants and casinos are among the customers of the firm.

The agreement was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization, as well as the Trump Organization. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Construction of Trump Soho may begin in the year 2006.
