출장안마 （十二经 脉加任脉、督脉），时间如何分配呢？也就是说，在一天的什 么时间营气流注于任脉和督脉呢？对于这个问题，我曾经请教 过国内许多的针灸名家，但一直没有满意的答案。
1999年，《中医外治杂志》给我寄来了一份稿件请我审 阅，论文的题目是《点穴救治遇时遇穴浅说》，作者是山西的 郭扬先生，文中提及明代异远真人《跌损妙方》所载的“血头 行走穴道歌”：
“周身之血有一头，日夜行走不停留；
遇时遇穴若伤损，一旦不治命要休。
子时走往心窝头，丑时须向泉井求，
井口是寅山根卯，辰到天心已凤头，
午时却与中原会，左右蟾宫分在未，
凤尾属申屈井酉，丹肾俱在戌时位，
六宫直等亥时来，不教乱传斯为责,
但原书无注， 출장안마 ，据陈照瑞先生的传授，其运行次序 是：子时心窝（鸠尾穴）~^丑时泉井（膻中穴）~^寅时井 口（廉泉穴）一+卯时山根（王宫穴，印堂下一寸彝根处） ^辰时天心（百会穴〉一巳时凤头（风府穴）一—午时中 原（脊中穴）一未时蟾宫（肾俞穴）一申时凤尾（长强 穴）一酉时屈井（会阴穴）■^戌时丹肾（关元穴）一亥 时六宫（神阙穴然后周而复始。
