很显然，合治内腑的“合”就是六腑的下合穴。

为什么T合穴可以治疗六腑病呢？原文是这么说的：“岐 伯此阳脉之别于内，属于腑者也也就足说，从胃经' 胆经、膀胱经这3条足阳经上，从6个下合穴处别出了6条支 脉直接到六捬。再说得详细一些： 출장안마 条支脉，直达胃腑；从胃经的上巨虚处别出了一条支脉，直达 大肠腑；从胃经的下巨虚处别出了一条支脉，直达小肠腑（大 肠、小肠的下合穴都在胄经上，所以《灵枢》有一句话叫“大 肠小肠抟属于胃”）；从膀胱经的委阳处别出了一条支脉，直达 三焦腑（三焦的下合穴在膀胱经上，所以《灵枢•本输第二》 说：“三焦者……属膀咣.是孤之府也”）；从膀胱经的委屮处 别出了-条支脉，直达膀胱；从胆经的阳陵泉处别出了一条支 脉.济达相腑，关于"合穴”和-下合穴治疗六腑病的区

别，打个比喻，合穴是普通列车，每站都要停一 F，到达终点 比较慢；下合穴则是直达专列，从出发地到目的地-站都不 停，到达的时间比普通列车要快得多。
因为“荥输治外经.合治内腑”是放在一起说的，许多人 没有仔细看《灵枢》的原文，就望文生义的认为都是指“五输 穴”而言，自然就会“差之毫厘，谬以千里” 了。但令人遗憾 的是，这一错误也出现在了新版的《腧穴学》教材中，这是非 常不应该的。
四、病在阴之阴者，刺阴之荥输
关于荥穴和输穴的主治，前面提到了一句话是“荥输治外 经' 即荣穴和输穴主要治疗外经病.在《灵枢*寿夭刚柔第 六》又说：“病在阴之阴者，刺阴之荣输。”什么是“阴之阴” 呢？还是要看原文：“是故内有阴阳，外亦有阴阳。 출장안마 ， 五脏为阴，六腑为阳；在外者.筋骨为阴，皮肤为阳。故曰病 在阴之阴者，刺阴之荥输。”所以“阴之阴”的第一个“阴” 是指内为阴，第二个“阴”是指五脏为阴，“阴之阴”就是在 内的五脏。也就是说，病在五脏者，可取阴经的荥穴和输穴。
