-In the letter from Mrs.Dezur facts: I did not sit directly next to Lilia I sat a seat away and did not look her way or tried to "flex" anything I was also not trying to test the professor to see if she'd do anything, I got up as soon as I realized that we had a no contact order because I had forgot about it I was not worried about the situation at the time I just had took a seat without thinking. Again, I did not sit directly next to her. The no contact order shows that (read off the message mom sent)
I had walked into class and sat in the first seat I saw. I did not think that I violated the no contact order because the order states I can be in the same room and sit in places together as long as I don't intimidate her or do anything to cause her fear. When I saw the teacher look at me as if she was going to say something i automatically got up and moved to a different seat, I did not sit next to her intentionally to violate the order and didn't do anything that would be considered intimidation.
Things to bring up:
The messages showing the carol had something to do with Lilias laxing and putting it in her iced tea.
