One of the primary problems is the inefficiency in drainage management. The existing knowledge lacks a comprehensive solution to efficiently address these challenges. The research into the "ENVIROBOT" aims to explore how automation can revolutionize the debris removal process, offering not only an efficient but also a cost-effective approach to urban drainage maintenance.

Automation, despite its transformative potential in various industries, remains underutilized in drainage maintenance. Existing research often remains theoretical, with practical implementations of robotic solutions in urban environments few and far between. This research aims to bridge this gap by developing and testing a functional prototype of the "ENVIROBOT." The goal is to enable this prototype to navigate urban drainage systems effectively, thus providing an innovative approach to automating the crucial task of debris removal.

Effective handling of diverse debris types present another significant challenge in drainage maintenance. Current knowledge often lacks comprehensive research into equipping robotic systems with the capability to handle various debris types, such as leaves, plastics, and sediment. Our research endeavors to delve into this dimension, providing valuable insights into the environmental impact of implementing the "ENVIROBOT" in urban drainage systems. This in-depth understanding will help ensure that the adoption of this technology aligns with sustainability goals and avoids unintended environmental consequences.

Finally, the economic feasibility of innovative technologies in urban infrastructure is an essential consideration. Existing research often falls short in providing comprehensive economic evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for automated drainage systems. Our research aims to address this gap by assessing the economic feasibility, long-term cost benefits, and potential return on investment linked to the deployment of the "ENVIROBOT." An understanding of the economic implications is crucial to encourage the adoption of this technology in urban drainage management.
