1、循经揉法：患者俯卧位， 출장샵 －6遍，然后用掌根痛点区按揉1－2分钟。
출장샵 、循经弹拔法：术者用弹拔法沿两侧膀胱经，髂脊两侧5－6遍，后用双拇指弹拔痛点区1－3分钟，要求力度深透、均匀、持久、变换灵巧，然后用拳滾腰骶部，点穴法点压腰及骶部诸穴。
3、腰部斜扳法： 출장 。
4、活血通络：术者用掌擦法直擦腰背督脉，膀胱经，横擦腰骶部以透热为度，最后用叩击法叩击腰骶部。
（4）其它治疗：
1、辅助治疗牵引
2、针刺以上穴位，采用平补平泻手法，可加灸法
