《素问.八正神明论》说：“月始生,则血气始精,卫气始行； 月郭满,则血气实,肌肉坚；月郭空,则肌肉减,经络虚,卫气 去,形独居“,这说明人体生理的气血盛衰与月亮盈亏直接相关, 故《素问.八正神明论》又指出：“月生无泻,月满无补,月郭空 无治“的原则。这是因为人体的大部分是由液体组成,月球吸引 力就象引起海洋潮夕那样对人体中的体液发生作用,这就叫做生 物潮。它随着月相的盈亏,对人体产生不同影响。满月时,人头 部气血最充实,内分泌最旺盛,容易激动。现代医学研究证实, 妇女的月经周期变化、体温、激素、(禁止)状态、免疫功能和心 理状态等都以一月为周期。正如《妇人良方》中指出的：“经血盈
亏,应时而下,常以三旬一见,以象月则盈亏也“。婴儿的出生也
受月相影响，月圆出生率最高，新月前后最低。月相变化为何对 人体产生影响呢？美国精神病学家利伯解释为：人体的每个细胞 就象微型的太阳系，具有微弱的电磁场，月亮产生的强大的电磁 力能影响人的荷尔蒙、体液和兴奋神经的电解质的复杂平衡，这
就引起了人的情绪和生理相应变化。
