(一）生理健康特征
1 眼睛有神 眼精是脏睛精气汇集之地，眼神的有无反映 了脏睛的盛衰。因此，双目烟烟有神，是一个人健康的最明显表
现。

4 . 脉象缓匀 此指人的脉象要从容和缓，不疾不徐。“脉 者，血之睛也”，气血在脉道内运行，所以脉象的正常与否，能够
反映气血的运行。
5 形体壮实 指皮肤润泽，肌睦致密，体格壮实，不肥胖， 亦不过瘦。 출장안마

6 面色红润 面色是五脏气血的外荣，而面色红润是五脏
气血旺盛的表现。
7 牙齿坚固 因齿为骨之余，骨为肾所主，而肾为先天之
本，所以牙齿坚固是先天之气旺盛的表现。
8 双耳聪敏 《灵枢.邪气脏睛病形篇》说:“十二经脉，三 百六十五络 ……其别气走于耳而为听。”说明耳与全身组织器官有
密切关系，若听力减退、迟钝、失听、是脏器功能衰退的表现。
9 腰腿灵便 肝主筋、肾主骨、腰为肾之睛、四肢关节之 筋皆赖肝血以养，所以腰腿灵便、步履从容，则证明肝肾功能良
好。
