眉棱骨痛

(1)昆仑
昆仑是足太阳膀胱经的经穴•主要治疗风寒或风热外袭所 致的眉棱骨痛，一側疼痛取同侧，两侧都痛取双侧，先用拇指 按/K昆仑穴，同时让患者反复用力睁眼闭眼皱眉以活动疼痛 处，按压约30〜60秒钟，若疼痛减轻，再行针刺，用提插捻 转泻法，同时让患者继续活动眉部疼痛处，留针30分钟。一

(2)解溪
解溪是足阳明胃经的经穴，治疗胃经浊热t攻所致的眉棱 骨痛。 출장샵 。如治一中年男性患者，右侧眉 棱骨疼痛巳1周，每天早饭后疼痛加重，平日嗜食辛辣厚味， 舌红苔黄腻，小便黄，脉滑，右关上尤甚。辨证属胃热循经上 攻所致，便取其右解溪穴，先以指代针按压1分钟左右，同时 令患者做皱眉等动作，继用1寸毫针刺之，泻法，疼痛明显减 轻，留针30分钟，其间每隔5〜10分钟行针1次，起针后疼 痛若失，继针2次，并嘱其少食辛辣油腻之品，則愈。
解溪CST41)是足阳明胄经的第41个穴位，在足背踝关 节横纹的中央，当拇长伸肌腱与趾长伸肌腱之间，相当于系解 鞋带之处.见图心
