Today, I had an exciting day in school. I start the day by first waking up at exactly 6:00 am. I had a heavy breakfast, changed into my PE attire and was ready to leave the house. After saying goodbye to my mother, I went into the school gate. When I reached my class, I saw that everyone was looking so worried. I asked my best friend, Shi Rui, ''what is going on? It looks like everyone had just seen a ghost." Shi Rui replied, ''You didn't hear? Mdm Nani is going to give our English exam paper back to us today!" " It is today?! OMG! I'm so not mentally prepared for this!", I exclaimed. Just then, the door flew open and Mdm Nani walked in. "Class, as most of you know, you are getting back your exam results and I must say that I am very proud of all of you," " However," she continued, "there are 2 people who failed." Now, we were all more worried and anxious about how we did. My friends and I looked at each other as if to say Good Luck. First, Mdm Nani called those who scored full marks and there were 12 people who got full marks so our chances are higher. She called out one after another, " Kai Jun, Jing Yuan, Soon Chong, Edelyn........" When I heard my name, I was having a mix of emotions like happy, shocked, emotional and I was also laughing for no reason. I just stared at my paper and could not believe my eyes. It felt like a dream. After that, I found out my friends results. Shi Rui got 28/30, Naren got 27/30 and Theshitha got 25/30. When I reached home, I immediately called my mother to tell her the good news. She said that she was so proud and happy for me. I was also proud of my achievement that I got today. I will continue to work hard for the End of Year Assesment. That is all for today I guess. See you in the next diary entry!! Goodbye!
