Saint Patricia patron Saint of Naples
Born : ?
death : ~665AD A terrible storm shipwrecked her boat on the shore of Naples finding refuge on a small hermitage shortly dying after of disease.
was not canonized, as the canonization process was not created until 1234
feast day : august 25
b. early life : she was the supposed niece of emperor Constantine, she grew up in a noble rich family and living in Constantinople she swore her life to God after fleeing an arranged marriage , she went on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem and Rome where she consecrated her self to God as a virgin, also there she received a veil from Pope Liberius. She then went back to Constantinople and gave away all of her possessions after renouncing any claims to the imperial crown. She planned to go to Jerusalem on a pilgrimage but died before she could do that in Naples in a shipwreck.
4. was not canonized because she was dead before the process had started, but she is a saint because of her martyrdom i. the miracles she has are really none but in naples her blood liquifes still in a bulbous vial on her feast day every august 25th and each Tuesday after the morning mass
5. there was no prayer found for this saint, nor a motto, nor any symbols but i believe it is just a cross,
6. I hope this Saint intercedes for me to help me be more open to give things to the less fortunate than me or lower than me.
