Man Down Alarm - Protect Lone Workers in Isolated Environments
Slips, trips and falls remain the biggest cause of workplace injuries and fatalities across many industries. Lone workers, who often work alone or in isolated environments such as building sites and warehouses are more at risk because they may not have a team of co-workers nearby to provide immediate assistance if something unexpected happens to them.

A Man Down Alarm is designed to protect lone workers by sounding an alarm in the event of a fall, knocked unconscious or unable to make a call for help. It can be clipped to a belt and activates when the worker becomes immobile for four minutes or longer.

The man down alarm works by monitoring the movement of a person wearing it and sounds an ear-piercing 110+ dB alarm to attract attention. It is a great safety device for lone workers in building sites or other areas where there are not co-workers in close proximity to offer help.

Tilt Switch Function
Built-in tilt detection allows the device to automatically detect when a lone worker has collapsed or been injured. lone worker tracker The device will go into a 15-second countdown if the lone worker’s transmitter is tilted more than 60 degrees from standing (as if they were lying on the floor or unconscious).
