1 tbsp ginger, garlic, Chili, coriander, cumin
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 cup onion slice
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
marinate for 30 min
take some oil then add
3 cinnamon sticks, bay leaves
5-6 cloves, cardamon open end
10 black papers
fry the spices till oil is infused with fragrance then add chicken
med to high heat fry the check for 5/8 min then add water from marination bowl.
cook for low heat for 30 to 40 min
Bagar
some mastered oil, 1/2 cup onion and some red chilli
fry to brown the onion then add to chicken for 6-8 min with cover then mix it up.
