1 - Every person who engages in the act of selling and buying for themselves or as a professional.
2 - Companies who engage in trading.

*Commercial Transactions: All kinds of commercial activities for anyone who is trying to make a profit.
*Types of Commercial Transactions :
1 - Banking
2 - Commercial Papers
3 - Shipping and aviation (shipping with planes).

*التجاره بين الناسCivil Transaction: Trades done by a normal person who is not looking for profit.
*عقد Contract: An agreement between two people or companies to do or not to do something.

*مكونات العقدElements of a contract:
1 - An accepted offer.
2 - Both parties intend on entering a legal relation. (marriage, adoption, divorce)
3 - Both parties have knowledge of the contract.
4 - No mistakes in the contract.
5 - There should be a law person involved.

*عرضOffer: Making an agreement, deal or contract.

*الرفض Rejection: saying no to the offer by the offeree.
* ابطال العرضRevocation Withdrawing the offer by the offeror.
*مرور الوقتLapse of time: All offers have a time of expiry if that time comes the offer is terminated.

*القبول Acceptance: Saying yes to an offer. (to agree)
*Conditions of acceptance: شروط القبول
1 - Before the offer expires.
2 - It must be conditional.
3 - Terms cannot be changed.
4 - Must be communicated to the offerer.

*انسان قادر Person of Full Capacity: Person able to enter a legal contract.
*المعروض عليه Offeree: A person who receives an offer.
*العارض Offeror: A person who makes an offer.
*الشرح الخطئ Misinterpretation: Explaining something wrongly.
*مسوح له من القانونLegal: Allowed by the law.
*شخص قانوني Lawful: Someone permitted by the law.
*شريك Partner: Someone who works with someone else.
*Partnership: Sharing risks and profits together.
*Obligate: To have a legal duty to do something.
