这件事引起了我对呃逆病机的思考。书上说呕吐、嗳气、 呃逆都是胃气上逆*那么为什么有的人表现为呕吐，有的人表 现为嗳气，有的人表现为呃逆呢？表现不一样，其病机也肯定 不会完全相同。那么它们之间病机的差别到底是什么呢？
