强直性脊柱炎是一种累及椎间关节、骶髂关节、椎旁韧带，最后导致整个脊柱强直、畸形的疾病。北方多见，好发于20—40岁青壮年，男性发病率高于女性。本病与泌尿生殖系统感染及遗传因素有关。本病症状最早出现于骶髂关节，渐进性向上发展，腰骶关节、腰椎、胸椎和下段颈椎依次受累。病变主要表现为慢性炎性浸润，关节软骨、韧带椎间盘等逐渐增生、钙化、骨化，最终整个脊柱发生强直，呈“竹节样”改变。
1、临床表现及诊断：
（1）骶髂关节：早期表现为双侧骶髂关节及下腰部疼痛(腰 僵),疼痛和腰僵逐渐为持续性，性质也变为深部钝痛、刺 痛、酸痛或兼有疲劳感，甚至可使患从梦中痛醒。
（2）脊柱： 제주출장마사지 椎，只有少部分人呈下行发展。病变累及到胸椎和肋椎关节时，患者可出现胸痛、胸部呼吸活动减弱，或有肋间神经痛 症状。随病情发展可导致驼背。
（3）外周关节：15%年龄较小的患者，始发症状可以是膝关节、 踝关节，及大转子、坐骨结节、跟骨结节和耻骨联合等肌腱 附着点出现疼痛或压痛。约20%患者发病时有发热及全身症状。
（4）关节外表现：可累及心、眼、耳、肺、肾脏、神经系统等
