疗，其他四脏都是说“邪在肺”、‘‘邪在肝”、“邪在肾”、“邪在 心”，唯独说脾脏时不说“邪在脾”，而是说“邪在脾胃以 上都说明脾胃的关系是多么密切。所以公孙对脾W虚弱或虚寒 的胃痛最为适宜。
