They also accused the promoters of not having the funds to complete the project. The builders tried reassuring them with folded hands. The licence of the promoters, Raheja Developers Limited, from HRERA for the project launched in 2011 has expired on January 31 (including the six months allowed for Covid delays). Moreover, the buyers have also complained about the mismanagement and diversion of funds by the builder.

The buyers also demanded a refund of their investment.
